How to insert the new Slide Layouts ?

You are probably familiar with using the task pane to change the slide layout and to insert new slides.

This tool removes the need to use the task pane for inserting slides.

The new way to insert slides is to use the drop-down list on the right of the Template Wizard toolbar.

The Template Wizard toolbar enables you to construct a much wider range of slide layouts.

Types of Slide Layouts

It is possible to create a whole range of slide layouts using the new chart placeholders.

More Slide Layouts

It is possible to create slides that contain any number of placeholders in any position.

If you are also using the Table Format tool then the various chart placeholders can be combined with the various table placeholders to create even more types of slide layouts.
