This toolbar contains all the commands needed to insert new slides and to format existing ones.

 Paste Excel Table - Pastes an Excel table into the correct position.

 Insert Placeholder - Inserts a table placeholder onto the current slide of the type selected in the drop-down box.

 Number of Heading Rows - Lets you select the number of heading rows before you format the table.

 Format Table - Formats the active table without a total row at the bottom.

 Format Table with Totals - Formats the active table with a total row at the bottom.

 No Border - Removes all borders from the current selection.

 All Borders - Adds all borders to the current selection.

Table Format Drop-Down

 Distribute Evenly - Adjusts all the columns in the current selection to the same column width.

 Distribute Evenly - Adjusts all the rows in the current selection to the same row height.

 Top Align - Aligns the contents of the selected cells at the top.

 Center Align - Aligns the contents of the selected cells in the centre of the cell.

 Bottom Align - Aligns the contents of the selected cells at the bottom.

 Border Line Left - Toggles the border from the left edge of the selected cells.

 Border Line Right - Toggles the border from the right edge of the selected cells.

 Border Line Above - Toggles the border from the top edge of the selected cells.

 Border Line Below - Toggles the border from the bottom edge of the selected cells.

Options Drop-Down

 Settings - Displays the Settings dialog box which allows you to change your template options.

 Table Toolbar - Toggles the display of the Tables and Borders toolbar.

 Font Size 12 - Changes the font size of the whole table to 12.

 Font Size 14 - Changes the font size of the whole table to 14.

 Font Size 16 - Changes the font size of the whole table to 16.

 Font Size 20 - Changes the font size of the whole table to 20.
