 | Settings - Displays the Settings dialog box which allows you to change your template options. | ||
 | Cut Slide - Cuts the current slide to the clipboard. | ||
 | Copy Slide - Copies the current slide to the clipboard. | ||
 | Paste Slide - Pastes the entry from the clipboard. | ||
 | Drawing Toolbar - Toggles the display of the Drawing toolbar. | ||
| Display Ruler - Toggles the display of the Ruler. | ||
| Slide Numbers (Aut) - Toggles the display of the automatic slide numbers in the active presentation. | ||
 | Drawing Guides - Displays the (View > Grid and Guides) dialog box. | ||
 | Delete Slide - Removes the current slide from the presentation. |

Displays non printable guidelines that you can use to help position the objects on your slides. |

Snap objects to grid - Objects will be automatically aligned to the nearest gridline. | ||
Snap objects to other objects - Objects will be automatically aligned to other objects when they are dragged. | ||
Spacing - The amount of spacing you want between your gridlines. | ||
Display grid on screen - Displays the gridlines on your slides. | ||
Display drawing guides on screen - Displays the horizontal and vertical drawing guides on your slides. |
