Using Coloured Text

 
 

This option is not switched on by default but can be enabled by selecting (Options > Settings)(General tab, "Coloured Text").

 
 

The colour of the text can be changed to emphasis particular words or to highlight different lines.

 
 

Only the official template colours can be used. Any invalid colours are changed automatically.

 
   

 

Shortcut Menus

 
 

The colour of the text can be easily changed using either the “Text Box” or the "Spelling" shortcut menus.

 
   

 

Coloured Text is Formatted Automatically

 
 

It is possible to change the colour of the font using the (Format > Font) dialog box.

 
 

If any of the text does not match one of the official colours, it will be changed back automatically to the default colour.

 
 
 
 

 

Official Font Colours

 
 

You can define any number of "official" colours to be used within the presentation.

 
 

These are the six official colours which can be used for text within a presentation.
