What is the Save my Settings Wizard ? |
This wizard allows you to save your customised settings to a file stored locally. | ||
This wizard includes any custom dictionaries, templates as well as AutoCorrect and AutoFormat lists. |
When you run the wizard you can save or restore your configuration settings for any application. | ||
These settings are saved in a profile file with a (".ops") extension. | ||
This file is basically a snapshot taken from the registry. | ||
You can either save your settings to a new file or restore your settings that have been saved to an existing file. |
Installing the Wizard |
This wizard should be installed as standard with Office XP. | ||
Press (Start > All Programs > Microsoft Office Tools > Save my Settings Wizard) |
