A few of the menu commands change if you hold down the Shift key while selecting a menu item from the Menu Bar. |
(File > Close All) |
If you hold down Shift you can press (File > Close All) instead of (File > Close). |

If you hold down Shift you can press (Edit > Copy Picture) instead of (Edit > Copy). |

If you hold down Shift you can press (Edit > Paste Picture) instead of (Edit > Paste). |

(Edit > Paste Picture Link) |
If you hold down Shift you can press (Edit > Paste Picture Link) instead of (Edit > Paste Special). This allows you to create linked pictures. This is useful if you want to print a non-contiguous selection of cells onto a single page. |

If you hold down Shift and press the (File > Open) icon on the Standard toolbar it will perform (File > Save). | |||
