Spelling - (F7). Displays the "Spelling" dialog box. | ||
Research - Toggles the display of the Research task pane. | ||
Thesaurus - Toggles the display of the Research task pane defaulting the research service to the thesaurus. |

Translate - (Added in 2010). Toggles the display of the Research task pane defaulting the research service to the translation. In 2007 this command was in the Proofing group. |

New Comment - (Shift + F2). Inserts a comment at the active cell. | ||
Delete - Deletes the selected comment. | ||
Previous - Moves to the previous comment on the active worksheet/workbook. | ||
Next - Moves to the next comment on the active worksheet/workbook. | ||
Show/Hide Comment - Toggles the comments on the active cell/worksheet ??? | ||
Show All Comments - Toggles the display of comments on the active worksheet. | ||

Protect Sheet - Displays the "Protect Sheet" dialog box. | ||
Protect Workbook - The drop-down displays the following commands: Protect Structure and Windows as well other Restrict Permission options. These can only be used if you have IRM [link] installed. | ||

Protect and Share Workbook - Displays the "Protect Shared Workbook" dialog box. | ||
Allow Users to Edit Ranges - Allows specific users to edit certain ranges in a workbook or sheet. Before using this option you need to define your security settings using the Protect Sheet command. | ||
Track Changes - Drop-Down. The drop-down contains the commands: Highlight Changes and Accept/Reject Changes. |
