Shortcut Keys

 
 

(Ctrl + Page Up) - Moves to the previous worksheet in the active workbook.

 
 

(Ctrl + Page Down) - Moves to the next worksheet in the active workbook.

 
 

(Ctrl + ' ) - Toggles between the Value layer and the Formula layer.

 
 

(Shift + F9) - Calculates the active worksheet.

 
 

(Shift + F11) - Inserts a new worksheet before the active worksheet.

 
 

(Alt + Shift + F1) - Inserts a new worksheet before the active worksheet.

 

 

Tools > Options

 
 

(View tab, Formulas) - Displays all the formulas on the active worksheet. All the columns will double in width.

 
 

(View tab, Gridlines) - Toggles the display of gridlines on the active worksheet.

 
 

(View tab, Zero Values) - Displays a number zero in any cells that contain a zero value.
