Inserting a button will automatically display the Assign Macro dialog box. |
You can then edit the text on the button to give a more meaningful indication of its function | ||
After you click on a worksheet cell, you can click the button to run the attached macro | ||
If you need to edit the button, you can right click on it | ||
This selects the control and displays a shortcut menu | ||
If you don't want the shortcut menu, hold down the Ctrl key and left-click the button to select it | ||
Don't drag the mouse while you hold down the Ctrl or you will create a copy of the control. |
