(Alt + ' ) - Displays the (Format > Style) dialog box. | ||
(Alt + Enter) - Enters a carriage return in a cell. | ||
(Ctrl + 1) - Displays the (Format > Cells) dialog box. | ||
(Ctrl + Shift + 7) - Applies the outline border to the selection. | ||
(Ctrl + Shift + - ) - Removes all the borders from the selection. |

(Edit tab, Extend data range formats and formulas) - Automatically formats any new items added to the end of a list to match the format of the other items in the list. For formats to be extended automatically they must appear in at least three of the last five rows preceding the new row. |
