 Draw Table - Lets you create a table by drawing it free hand inserting horizontal and vertical lines using the mouse.

 
 

 Eraser - You can delete unnecessary lines and borders from a table.

 
 

 Border Style - Displays a list of line styles you can use for the table border.

 
 

 Border Width - Displays a list of widths you can use for the table border.

 
 

 Border Color - Choose from the colour palette the colour of the border for the next table or line drawn.

 
 

 Borders - Assigns borders or lines to the selected tables cells.

 
 

 Fill Color - Choose from the colour palette the colour you would like to fill the cells with.

 
 

 Merge Cells - Combine the selected cells within a row or column into a single cell.

 
 

 Split Cells - Splits the selected cells into two equal cells.

 
 

 Align Top - Aligns the contents of the selected cells at the top.

 
 

 Centre Vertically - Aligns the contents of the active cell in the middle.

 
 

 Align Bottom - Aligns the contents of the selected cells at the bottom.

 
 

 Distribute Rows Evenly - Adjusts all the rows in the current selection to the same row height.

 
 

 Distribute Columns Evenly - Adjusts all the columns in the current selection to the same column width.

 

 

Table Drop-Down

 
 

 Insert Table - Inserts a table on to the current slide with the given number of rows and columns.

 Insert Columns to the Left - Inserts a new column on the left of the current selection.

 Insert Columns to the Right - Inserts a new column on the right of the current selection.

 Insert Rows Above - Inserts a new row above the current selection.

 Insert Rows Below - Inserts a new row below the current selection.

 Delete Columns - Deletes all the columns that are currently selected.

 Delete Rows - Deletes all the rows that are currently selected.

 Merge Cells - Combines the selected cells within a row or column into a single cell.

 Split Cell - Splits the selected cell into two smaller equal sized cells.

 Borders and Fill - Displays the Format Table dialog box.

 Select Table - Selects the whole table.

 Select Column - Selects the column (or columns) of the active cells.

 Select Row - Selects the row (or rows) of the active cells.

  • This toolbar is floating by default but can be dragged and docked just like the other toolbars.
