Step 1 - Adjusting Row Heights

Position the mouse pointer on the border below the row you want to resize.

Changing the height of rows will change the overall size of the table.

Rest the pointer over the row boundary you want to change.

Hold down the mouse and drag the row to a new height.

A dotted line will appear showing its new position.

Step 2 - Distributing Rows Evenly

This will adjust each row in the selected range so they have equal heights.

Distribute Rows Evenly - Adjusts all the rows in the current selection to the same row height.

Highlight all the rows in the table and press the Distribute Rows Evenly button on the Tables and Borders toolbar.

Step 4 - Things to Remember

  • It is not possible to define exact heights for your rows.
