Password to open - If you type a password in the Password to open box, the presentation will open when the user types the correct password. If you forget or lose the password, you cannot open your presentation.

 
 

Advanced - Specify an encryption type and other settings related to encryption.

 
 

Password to modify - Type a password here if you want to allow users to view a presentation, but require a password to edit the presentation. If you type a password in the Password to modify box, users will be prompted for a password when opening the presentation. The presentation will open when the user types the correct password; or, he or she can open the presentation as read-only.

 
 

Digital signatures - View digital signature (an electronic signature that cannot be forged) information or add a digital signature.

 

 

Privacy Options

 
   
 

Remove personal information from this file on save - Avoid unintentionally distributing hidden information, such as the document's author or the names associated with comments or tracked changes.

 

 

Macro Security

 
   
 

Macro security - Allows you to choose the security level that you want for protecting presentations from a macro virus and to list the names of trusted people who develop macros.
