What is a Motion Path ?

These are the most interesting and allows you to define a track which the object follows when animated.

There are 64 predefined motion paths such as circles, spirals etc

It is also possible to create your own allowing you to have an object move anywhere on the slide.

Diagonal Down Right -

Down

Left

Right

Up

If the motion path begins off the slide and ends on the slide the it is similar to an entrance effect.

If the motion path begins on the slide and ends off the slide the it is similar to an exit effect.

It is possible to create more than animation for any given object.

For example you can give an object and entrance effect, emphasis effect and a exit effect.

You can even have several motion paths for the same object.
