Step 1 - What is the Format Painter ? |
This button can be found on the Standard toolbar and can be used to quickly copy the formatting from one paragraph to another. |

Double click it. | ||
select all the textboxes you want to change. | ||
press ESC to turn it off afterwards |
Step 2 - Copying Colour Schemes |
The Format Painter can also be used to copy a colour scheme from one slide to another. | ||
To copy the colour schemes from a slide you must have the presentation displayed in Normal view with the Slides tab of the Outline/Slides pane displayed. |

Click the slide that has the colour scheme you want to copy. | ||
Select the Format Painter icon on the Standard toolbar. | ||
Select the slide(s) you want to apply the colour scheme to. |
