Step 1 - Inserting an Organisation Chart |
There are several ways you can insert an organisation chart | ||
1) Using an Organisation Chart placeholder | ||
2) Using a Content placeholder | ||
3) Selecting (Insert > Picture > MS Organisation Chart) menu | ||
4) Selecting (Insert > Diagram) menu | ||
5) Using the Drawing Toolbar |
Step 2 - Using an Organisation Chart Placeholder |
choose a new slide that has a diagram or organisation chart placeholder on it. |

Step 7 - Things to Remember |
In PowerPoint 200 you can use the (Insert > Object) dialog box instead of the (Insert > Picture) sub menu. | |||
It is always a good idea to sketch the chart on paper first as this will save you time redrawing and editing it on-screen. |
