There are times when you might want to remove part of a picture

A picture might have 2 ?? And you might only want to display one

SS >> SS

Select the Crop button on the Picture toolbar.

The Selection handle changes to a special crop mark.

You can then drag this crop mark around the a picture to remove certain bits of it.

When you have finished just press Escape or click off the picture.

If you decide afterwards that you want to undo the cropping you can select (Format > Picture) and select Reset ??
