Step 1 - Copying your chart as a Picture |
It is possible to copy your charts as pictures. | ||
This will help to reduce the file size of your presentations. |
Step 3 - Selecting the Chart Area |
Select the Chart Area (black handles). |

Highlight the chart in Excel (with white handles) |

Step 4 - Pasting into PowerPoint |
Select the slide you want to insert the chart on and select (Edit > Paste) or alternatively press (Ctrl + "V"). |

Step 5 - Things to Remember |
Resizing the picture once in PowerPoint will distort all the text. |
