Step 1 - Copying your chart as a Picture

It is possible to copy your charts as pictures.

This will help to reduce the file size of your presentations.

Step 3 - Selecting the Chart Area

Select the Chart Area (black handles).

Step 3 - Selecting the Shape Object

Highlight the chart in Excel (with white handles)

Step 4 - Pasting into PowerPoint

Select the slide you want to insert the chart on and select (Edit > Paste) or alternatively press (Ctrl + "V").

Step 5 - Things to Remember

Resizing the picture once in PowerPoint will distort all the text.
