Step 1 - Copying your Slides |
There are four ways you can copy (or make duplicate copies) of your slides | ||
1) Using the Slides shortcut menu | ||
2) Using the Slide Sorter shortcut menu | ||
3) Using the Mouse. | ||
4) Selecting (Edit > Duplicate). | ||
5) Selecting (Insert > Duplicate Slide). | ||
6) Using the shortcut key (Ctrl + D). |
When slides are copied into another presentation, they are automatically adjusted to match the master slide layout for the new presentation. | ||
Embedded charts and graphics are also changed to reflect the new Colour scheme. |
