Step 1 - Selecting your slides |
There are two ways you can select a single or multiple slides in a presentation: | ||
1) Using the Slides pane in Normal view. | ||
2) Using Slide Sorter view. | ||
The selected slide is simply the one that is displayed. |
Step 2 - Using the Slide Pane in Normal View |
You can select a single slide by clicking on it with the mouse. |

It is possible to use the Shift and Ctrl keys to select multiple slides while in this view although only one slide will ever be displayed. | ||

Step 3 - Using the Slide Sorter view |
You can select a single slide by clicking on it with the mouse | ||
This view is more appropriate to selecting multiple slides. |

To select multiple slides which are continuous select the first slide, hold down the Shift key and select the last slide in the group. | ||
To select multiple slides which are not continuous hold down the Ctrl key and click on each slide. | ||
All the slides that are currently selected will have a black border around them. |
Things to Remember |
You can cancel any selection made by clicking off the current selection. |
