Shortcut Keys

 
 

(Ctrl + Q) - Removes any paragraph formatting that is not contained in the applied paragraph style.

 
 

(Alt + Ctrl + 1) - Applies the built-in "Heading 1" style to the selection.

 
 

(Alt + Ctrl + 2) - Applies the built-in "Heading 2" style to the selection.

 
 

(Alt + Ctrl + 3) - Applies the built-in "Heading 3" style to the selection.

 
 

(Ctrl + Shift + N) - Applies the Normal style to the selection.

 
 

(Ctrl + Spacebar) - Removes any character formatting that is not contained in the applied paragraph style.

 
 

(Ctrl + Backspace) - Delete one word at a time.

 
 

(Shift + F3) - Toggles the selection between all capitals, all lowercase or standard capitization.

 
 

(Shift + Insert) - Pastes from the clipboard. This shortcut is in addition to the well known (Ctrl + V).
