It is possible to ask questions while a form is being completed and then automatically complete the form based on the answers.

This technique is very useful when it comes to filling out a contract or other document that has a lot of standard text.

The field that is used is the { FILL-IN } field and is listed in the Mail Merge Category.

FILL-IN "insert your special message"

Word will automatically display all the prompts when you open a new form based on the template.

When all the prompts have been answered the text is inserted into the proper places.
